I've visited many many times and always talk about leaving a review but I always seem to forget! Really really good food with a loverly home made feel to it, the burgers and jacket spuds are my go to meal and I've never had a bad experience there. Salads are always fresh and most food is cooked to order. The staff are really helpful and nothing ever seems to much trouble. If you are like me and use a wheelchair then you can't really fault them as they have reserved tables that are slightly larger to accommodate the fact you need more space for your wheels.

I don't get some of the reviews on here. Tasty home made food.. Reasonably priced. Yes it's brought to your table as things are also cooked to order. I went in recently with a lady in a wheelchair.. Excellent customer service.. A table sorted.. A chair removed for wheelchair to use space. My tray carried to the table and condiments etc collected by the member of staff. And as for cleanliness... I personally witnessed staff members cleaning fixtures and fittings when the weren't clearing tables. On a previous occasion out for lunch my wife and I found the staff polite.. Jovial.. And helpful. I don't get the poor reviews.

Tried this place for 1st time on Tuesday as needed to find somewhere quick for our 1yr olds lunch. Kids pasta Bolognese was huge and very good. Had one of their home made cheese burgers which was excellent, chips were lovely too chippy style. The road chicken legs in gravy on the hot plate looked very nice too. Definitely be back.
